My name is Jacob and I am a trainer at SoCal Strength and Conditioning/Crossfit Balboa in Costa Mesa and I want to volunteer 5-6 hours a week to create and help you execute a solid old-fashioned workout routine, When I say old-fashioned, I mean work. A lot of work: Weightlifting, cardio, blood, sweat, and tears. Have you ever seen Biggest Loser? Do those contestants look like they’re lollygagging or do they look like they’re getting it done?
