* This listing is for LOCAL PICK UP only. If you are in California, we can ship it to you for a total price of $31.00

TERMS OF SALE

GUARANTEE, RETURN & REFUND POLICES:

* Resistance Bands: 30 days exchange guarantee. If your item is defected within 30 days from the day you receive the item, please send us pictures of defected item. Once we verify the defect picture(s), we will send a replacement within 3 business day.
* Chin Up Bar: One (1) year exchange guarantee if your bar is broken counted from the day your receive the item. If it's defected within 90 days, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge. After 90 days, buyer has to obtain a RMA # from us, before sending the defected item back. Once we receive the defected item, we will send the replacement within 3 business day. Buy has to pay for all the shipping costs.
* We are not responsible for shipments damaged by carrier. If you item is damaged by carrier, please notify the carrier & take pictures of damaged item(s) immediately. Then please send us the picture, we will help you to file a damage claim with the carrier. Once we receive the check from the carrier, we will either ship you the replacement or forward the check to you. All items shipped by UPS are insured up to $100.00
RESTOCKING FEE:
* All sales are final & we don't accept any return for refund.
* If for any outstanding cases, we accept refund, a 15% restocking fee of the item price will be applied to all return items. In such case, Buyer shall pay for all shipping costs from & to us.
* Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless we accidentally ship wrong product to you.
