Must be neat and keep property clean in the house. Room includes gas, electric, water, kitchen privileges, shared bathroom, washer & dryer, & cable. No smoking in house - smoking is only permitted outside. No drugs of any kind are permitted. No animals.

We are located just a few minutes away from the 91, 55, & 57 freeways, 20 mins East of Disneyland, 2 mins from Placentia Hospital, 10 mins/Brea mall, Nixon’s Library, and Cal State Fullerton. We live in the rural area in old town Yorba Linda (cross streets Yorba Linda Blvd/Prospect).

We are looking for someone who gets a long in a family orientated atmosphere. I have three children G-19, B-17 & B-14, my boys love playing WOW and computer games.
