Looking for a single person in need of a room. Not looking for a permanent person but possibly a 6 month or 1 year lease. $400 for the room. includes utilities. Nice area off Tustin Ave & La Palma Ave. My G/F prefers a woman but are open to any gender.

We do have two dogs and a cat so if you are allergic im sure that probably wont help much.
