The unit is less than 2 years old, very bright and has hardwood floors and granite counter tops.
The complex has a large gym, movie theater, two pools with Cabanas, BBQs, and many other amenities. Garage parking is negotiable.

Me: Female who has a professional career and goes to the gym quite often so I'm not home very much. I am also easy going and a great roommate!

Looking for a professional who is similar to myself, clean, responsible, and fun.

This is a great deal for an awesome unit in a fantastic complex and area.
