You’re HOME! The plantation shutters on your large window provide privacy and the wall unit to the left is just right for your TV or stereo. Side tables on each side of the bed are in place too…the only thing that’s missing is YOU! Monthly rent is $800, along with a $200 security deposit—so move in totals $1,000. All utilities are included in your rent. We do ask that you use your cell for phone calls. Kitchen and laundry room privileges and a common room to hang out when entertaining are also in “the mix”. Property is fully gated and secured. We are located in Brea, 15 min. from CSUF and 3 miles from the #57 Freeway. Oops, forgot to mention there’s a pool to enjoy as well.
