Description

I have a solid background as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. I have strong communication skills and can interface with employees on every level. My HR background includes hiring, termination, new employee orientation, supervisor, leaves/benefits administration, COBRA administration, labor board hearings, California employment rules and regulations as well as problem solving. My skills at event planning, meeting coordination and travel scheduling are strong as well. I have planned all aspects of holiday events with 250+ people attending as well as being the lead coordinator of a strategy business forum in San Francisco with managers traveling to San Francisco from five states (this included coordinating hotel arrangements, flight arrangements and meetings for three days).
As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to senior management at Cypress Healthcare Partners, my responsibilities included all secretarial/clerical needs for senior management (one partner is an attorney), travel arrangements for senior management, coordinating all meetings for senior management at the corporate office as well as off-site. I greeted all guests coming to corporate to meet with senior management as well as screened calls to senior management.
I am willing to relocate. I believe change is good, at the right time. It’s the right time for me. Most importantly, I am an individual who wants to be with an organization and in a position that can fully utilize my background and work experience, and that can enhance my skills to even a greater degree.
The employment crisis nation-wide is frightening. I lost my fulltime employment because the entire economy lost its footing. I had no break in employment for 18+ years and I am (and have been) ready to get back to work as soon as possible.
