Management fees Starting as low as $99 a month

Leasing Fee 4% of Annual Gross Rent with on going Management

Account Setup = No Charge
Maintenance Administration = No Charge
Long Distance Phone Charges = No Charge
Property Photographs = No Charge
"For Lease/Rent" Sign Posting and Flyers = No Charge
Property Inspections= No Charge
Homeowners Association Management = No Charge
Property Value Analysis = No Charge
Investment Advisory Service = No Charge
All other "Nickel & Dime" Services = No Charge!

Our leasing fee is 4% of the annual gross rent (on-going management).

The following is the monthly fee schedule for management of a home or condominium on an on-going basis.

Our Management fees are not based on a percentage. They are structured as a flat fee.

Rents to $4,999.00 a month = $99.00 a month fee
Rent $5,000.00 - $6000.00 a month = $189.00 a month fee
Rents above $6,000 please contact us for pricing



Our fee for lease-up only (no on-going management) is 5% of the annual gross rent.

For owners with multiple properties please contact us for a discounted management fee schedule.
