The following is a question that was presented to my Linkedin network for a Discussion question. So I present it to you for discussion.

Why is integrity and respect overlooked in the workplace?

WOW, that is a good question. I do not think we really want to hear the answer to that question. I believe deep down we all know the answer but acknowledging it would have us to summit ourselves to the very knowledge of what it is that we know. And not acknowledging it gives us the reason to continue in the same path, of lack of respect and integrity. Those men and women that came to this land over 200 years ago believed that each one of them had a choice to make that no one could make for them. They knew that acting on that choice was the real evidence of the choice they had made. They knew that there is no other choice would help. They believed in that choice so much, it ended up making this country great. Now we have walked away from their choice. We have allowed other choices to have favor in our eyes. Yes, we know the answer to your question. Yes, we do. We have walked away from GOD, the creator of heavens and the earth. GOD, who gave us the very air that fills our lungs. HE has said, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." If we as a people would just do that, then integrity and respect would return, not only in the workplace, but in every place. IT NEEDS TO START IN THE HOUSES OF THOSE CLAIM JESUS AS GOD.
