What you will be doing:


* Ensure that every interaction between the patient and practice generates patient goodwill

* Responsible for transforming prospective patients into new members by uncovering needs and explaining the benefits of the practice during an initial call, following-up with prospects that have yet to become members, and ensuring patients are happy and comfortable during appointments.

* Responsible for greeting patients and other guests, answering a multi line phone system, paging necessary staff using company voice pager and scheduling appointments for patients.


What is required for this position:


* Experience working in a family practice/pediatrics.

* Inside Sales experience
