We are a Hi-Speed Plastics Manufacturing team and we are looking for an inspired, Quality Assurance Leader!


If you are a Quality Assurance Manager with leadership experience in Plastics Manufacturing, Read On!


What you will be doing:


* Work directly with key clients, some travel to California

* Developing, implementing, coordinating and monitoring the Quality Assurance and SPC activities.

* Making proactive visits to key clients to ensure satisfaction

* Monitoring production performance in relation to product specifications

* Resolving discrepancies through the use of analytical and statistical methods

* Maintaining acceptable quality levels of incoming raw materials from suppliers and coordinating changes when necessary.

* Training new Quality Inspectors on quality processes

* Investigating root causes for customer complaints


What you need to apply:


* Excellent leadership track record in Quality Assurance for Plastics Manufacturing

* Bachelor's degree or greater
