Maintenance Supervisor for a high volume Restaurant location

What you'll be doing:

- Perform preventive maintenance

- Equipment installation,

- Troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment including:

- Fryers, dishwashers, disposals, toasters, steamers, warmers, cook tops, and more.

~ HVAC

~ plumbing issues

~ supervise one painter and one entry level maintenance helper

~ Wood working and refinishing and floor care (buffing and waxing)


What is required for this role:

- 2+ years experience servicing and repairing food equipment.

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical practices.

- Ability to work rotating weekends/evenings as needed.

- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration
