Brand New never opened Genuine Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade. This is the regular Retail upgrade version, NOT the OEM version. It includes both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. Just purchased and then learned that I could not use on old laptop with WIN98. You need to have either XP or Vista on your computer for this upgrade.
