What do we do on a furnace tune-up?

We inspect your furnace fire box inside. It wears from expansion and contraction cause by the burners as they continually go on and off . The resulting damage can be compared to bending metal back and forth until it breaks. A crack or hole in your system may allow carbon monoxide to exit. This is dangerous. Usually with older units this may occur. We use a hydro infrared camera to detect for dangerous cracks.

We clean and lubricate the blower motor and bearings as well.

We also inspect your duct work to make sure they're attached properly at both ends and your getting equal airflow in each room.
