How to Cook Fish – learn techniques that make your fish cook up moist and tender. No more dried out Salmon or Tilapia!

How to Cook Chicken – you’ll have no more dried out chicken breasts after one lesson with me. Learn how to prepare chicken for cooking and the various techniques that keep it moist.

Cooking 101 - after speaking with you, I'll design a series of lessons to meet your needs and you'll be on the way to learning to cook properly!.

Want to learn to cook sauces??? Sauces are so easy once you know the secrets. Maybe you want a "combo lesson" and learn to cook chicken breasts and some sauces to go with them? Need a customized lesson just for yourself? Feel free to ask.

FEE: $50.00 for a 2 1/2 -- 3 hour lesson (plus a portion of the grocery costs). Private, Group, Couples and "Date Night" lessons available.

Although I can teach you "recipes," I focus more on "technique" to make you successful in the kitchen and add a lot more flavor to your dishes while using minimal ingredients. At the end of the lesson, I will give you recipes that incorporate the techniques you just learned. The more you understand technique, the faster and more confident you'll become in the kitchen, the fewer ingredients and recipes you'll need!

My Qualifications: I have been to culinary school and am a Food Consultant and Cooking Instructor. In addition to cooking lessons, I help food companies develop products for the marketplace as well as write, edit and test recipes and food products. Some of the food products I've developed are in such stores as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Mother's Market, Henry's and others.
