We have studios to a 2 bedroom at Carisa Y Palma, Girasol, Salvia, Solymar, or Blue Bay resorts, that have many openings at different times, and different prices. They sleep up to 4- 6, depending on the condo. We have 2 large studios at Girasol, 1 larger studio at Carisa Y Palma, 2 larger studios at Salvia, 1 hotle room (starting at $59/nt.) and a studio at Solymar, and several different sizes at Blue Bay Club, from a studio to a 2 BR penthouse. Weather here is fantastic- it's in the 80's this time of year, and the gorgeous water is about the same- very warm! Great swimming! Cancun, Mexico is one of the Top Ten vacation destinations in the world. And for good reason! Cancun offers something for every visitor, along with a balanced combination of rest and entertainment, along with the gorgeous white sand beaches, with the turquoise, clear, warm water. The Blue Bay Club is situated on a small, calm water private beach just out of the the Cancun Hotel Zone, in the Puerto Juarez area. This prime location makes Blue Bay ideal for exploring the attractions that draw visitors from around the world to Cancun. There is so much to do here! The shopping is great, or you can just relax, and soak in the sun! Blue Bay Club is a 4-Star beachfront hotel. The hotel rooms we manage all have a private ocean view terrace, air conditioning and all the amenities travelers desire. Guests of Blue Bay Club can choose between European Plan (hotel room only) and our All Inclusive Plan (drinks, activities and non-motorized water sports, and meals - an extra charge) for their stay in lovely Blue Bay. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. > The Carisa Y Palma and Girasol condos are both located in the premiere, "hot spot" of Cancun- in the central area, near the very trendy nightclub district of Cancun. They are walking distance to Cocobongos, Sr. Frogs, and many more clubs. They are in a great, central location, next to the flea markets, a mall, fine dining and fast food restaurants, a bank, mini market, internet, many stores, and much more. The beach is gorgeous at these two hotels, that are very close to each other. They have powdery, white sand, and clear, warm, turquoise water. Great for swimming or boogie boarding! The balconies and rooms have fantastic ocean views! They both have lovely pools. They are all 3 studio condos, with kitchenettes. At spring break time in March, it will be open for our studios at lovely Aquamarina Beach Hotel. Here is has it's own calm water, private beach, with sport rentals available, and it's near the marina. The rooms all have ocean views. It's a very nice, newly refurbished hotel, in the hotel zone. It has a lovely pool, water sports, air conditioning, seaviews, a restaurant, and much more! You can buy an all- inclusive. We have a room with or without a kitchenette in March at a rate of $100 (without kitchenette) to $120 with one. Owners- take the pressure off, and we can manage your property for your! We are starting up a successful vacation rental agency in Cancun. We are getting many requets, and are growing. If you own a condo or home in Cancun, we are getting many requests. We are asking 25% commission, and cover cleaning, advertising, talking with guests and placing them, keeping owners aware of, and managing repairs, keeping the calendar for guest's stays and communicating this with Mexico, and handling the money for guests and owners. We have a number of years of experience between us, and our Mexican partner- Alex Ayala. He is a well known and trusted real estate agent in Cancun, and many people have asked him to manage their condos in Cancun. We have owned vacation rentals for 15 years, and have done all of our own management, advertising, coordination, and handling of money.
