Date Listed: Jul-09-08 I have a room private down a hall, with a private bathroom for rent, I do have a large yard. I am looking for someone who does not "bring the party home". Someone who is respectful. Clean. Nice. Honest. The room for rent is in a 5 bedroom house, the only other person living there is my Mother who is 51 years old. I am just posting the add for her becasue I am more able to check e mails and stay on top of it/Iguess I am more computer literate lol. She does not work as she has Multiple Sclerosis so she is home all the time unless she decides to go out and do something. The home is quite. All utilities included, Cable, washer and dryer, Kitchen, Backyard. Comes with Mission Viejo Lake Membership. Close to shopping centers, schools, movies, mall, Nice neighborhood. My mom and dad are the origional owners of the home, and it is the home I grew up in and I am 24 years old, I just recently moved out with my 19 month old daughter. Very nice upkept home. Female prefered. We h ave been renting the room for years now, and every single one of our previous and current renters have become like family to us and we hate to see them go, but the Lord has taken them to new and exciting times in their lives. We would prefer someone who intends to stay for a while, so we dont have the move in move out, that has never happened, but just had to say it. We do have one dog, she is very friendly and puts up with everything (even my daughter), and 2 cats who maily stay upstairs.
