It's a large unfurnished master bedroom about 13x15 with two large closets, an attached bathroom and a window alcove perfect for a desk. The room for rent will be available July 1 (possibly sooner). Also included are utilities, garage parking, washer & dryer in attached garage, fireplace, pool, spa & tennis court. Cable and Internet are extra and you would be responsible for 1/2 the monthly charges. About Me: 30-something professional, non-smoking, easy going and down to earth who enjoys (and works hard for) the finer things in my life. I live a peaceful life, however, I also enjoy entertaining a few close friends by grilling on the patio from time to time. I respect the property and privacy of others and require the same in return.
