This filter is in excellent condition. Size is: 16"x25"x1". I need to sell it because i replaced my furnace and the filter won't fit. So upset about that because the filter is really good and you can clean it with water and it last a long long time. Cost around $70 to $100 if new. I only asking for $21/cash.
