What You Need To Apply:

~ Undergraduate degree

~ Generally, a minimum of ten years of experience working with Defined Benefit plans/administration with progressive responsibility

~ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large projects

~ Developed coaching and people skills

~ Strong technical skills

~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

~ Ability to pass a background and drug test


In This Growth Position You Will:

~ Work as part of the Retirement and Financial Management Pension Administration Group, which is responsible for providing defined benefit administrative services to over 200 clients.

~ Be responsible for the day to day management of a specific client or clients as well as managing special projects.

~ Use broad knowledge of pension law and administrative experience to draft requirements documents, consult on new legislation, review benefit calculations, and coach team of analysts.

~ Quality review of client deliverables

~ Consult with clients/employees on pension plan administrative issues and new legislation

~ Serve in a key capacity to ensure the quality delivery of new pension administrative solutions to our clients

~ Maintain current knowledge of client specific plan provisions

~ Be a resource for defined benefit administration rules

~ Ensure accurate and timely financial management of client of work
