Preference will be given to a broadly trained candidate, who can teach in a wide range of historical eras and geographical contexts. Responsibilities also include curriculum development, assessment of learning outcomes, student advising, service to the university and department, research and other academic or administrative responsibilities as assigned.


We seek candidates who understand and value a Christian liberal arts approach to higher education and who are willing to invest themselves in the lives of students. Candidates must have a graduate degree (masters required; PhD preferred) and provide evidence of exemplary teaching
